We are passionately committed to building THE female esports community, and rely on a simple but winning philosophy - focus on cultivating the positive culture that is critical to success in team-based esports.
Lugiámi drives forward this philosophy by providing advertising and promotional sponsorship, talent and team development, business management, coaching, and support to players both professional and aspiring, who compete in esports.
why i started.
Lugiámi was built with one clear goal: to create a world where female gamers feel seen, supported, and safe.
I’ve spent years in the esports space — and I’ve seen how tough it is for women to break through. From my earlier work building Callisto Gaming, I witnessed the silent struggles: 90% of women in gaming face harassment, and professional female players often earn a fraction of what men do.
I started Lugiámi because I couldn’t ignore the problem any longer.
Lugiámi is more than a team — it’s a global brand and a safe ecosystem where female gamers can grow, compete, and lead. We provide not just sponsorship and coaching, but a culture where respect, support, and community come first.
